This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit senarixlabs.ch or contact us through it. It is written to comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies to visitors in the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect
- Contact forms. Your name, email address, and, if you choose to give them, your company, role, your answers and any file you upload (for example a CV, deck or document).
- Emails. Whatever you include when you write to us directly.
- Technical data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, date and time of access and pages requested, to deliver the site securely.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking for marketing. Please do not send us sensitive data (for example health data, bank statements or identity documents) through the forms.
3. Why we use it
- To read and reply to your message, and to follow up on partnerships, early access requests, problems you share or job applications.
- To run the website securely and prevent abuse (for example spam filtering).
- To meet legal obligations.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running the site, on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and on legal obligations.
4. Service providers
- Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts this website and receives contact form submissions and uploaded files on our behalf.
- [Email provider, e.g. Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland] provides our email service.
- Google provides the web font used on this site (Google Fonts). When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on [the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or standard contractual clauses] to protect your data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep messages and uploaded files only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and then delete them, usually within [12] months, unless a longer period is required by law or you have become a partner, customer or employee. Applications that do not lead to employment are deleted within [6] months.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. You can also object to processing and, where applicable, ask for your data in a portable format. Write to info@senarixlabs.ch.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or, if you are in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
7. Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to messages and files is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as Senarix Labs grows. The current version is always published on this page.
